Bike Trail Outreach Gathering Steam
We are exploring the opportunity of developing a “Fresh Expression” of Church outreach to those cyclists who travel up and down the bike trail on Saturdays and Sundays. Several of our members have gotten excited about the possibilities for reaching new folks with the Gospel. Stephanie Phillips, Cathy DeRusha, Julie Harrison, and others have begun to connect with that community, passing out water, visiting with them, inviting them to church, etc. There is also a pastor in the community who has a passion for reaching out to cyclists who is willing to help with this initiative! We have already had two ladies attend our worship as a result of this ministry! The goal is that this new ministry would be self-sustaining financially (not draining our church budget, grants are available), and that new people who get involved become volunteers (so that our current members are not taxed more than they already are). If this ministry is exciting to you, and you’d like to help out, contact Stephanie Phillips (321-264-2492).
Pastor John’s next Bible Study will be an eight week study of the Book of Revelation starting May 7th thru July 2nd, called “Breaking the Code”. There is a Monday morning group at 10:00 a.m. and and evening group at 6:00 p.m. No book to buy, we will be reading through the Book of Revelation

Join us in the Fellowship Hall from 8:30 am to 10:50 am for coffee, treats and fellowship.
Melodies in Motion
The Music Department is looking for people interested in ringing handbells. We are going to get the “Melodies in Motion” Handbell Choir up and going. You do not have to have any musical experience (we’ll train you). Rehearsals will start out once or twice a month, so there is a time commitment. Performances will be two or three times a year. (or more for special occasions). If you are interested in ringing, or learning to ring, please contact Lorraine or Roy before or after church service, email Roy at email@example.com, or call church office at 267-6202. This is fun and relaxing, so why not give it at try.
