Next Church Workday, Saturday, April 28
Plan to roll up your sleeves and help with odd jobs in and around our church on April 28.  We all will gather in our fellowship hall at 8 a.m. to get our work assignments (we have a check-list of things to accomplish).  We will be done by 12 (no lunch this time).  Thanks in advance for your help!
“Food and More” Partners with Our Church
Our Administrative Council has approved providing a space for a small desk on our campus for the director of a new helping agency in Brevard County, called “Food and More.”  This new organization provides meals for at risk children in the Mims and Scottsmore areas.  Food is prepared and distributed out of the Volunteer Fire Department across the street from the church, and the ministry works in coordination with Mims Elementary School (and other schools).  No food will be prepared, stored at or distributed from our church. Our church has only been asked to provide space for a small desk where the director, Kathleen Roath-Algera, can use as “home base” when she is in Mims.  We have provided her space in the room nearest the women’s restroom (she will share the space with Roy Carter, who has moved his office to that space).  When you see Kathleen around the church, introduce yourself and make her feel welcome!Senior Luncheon, April 27

Thursday, April 19:  Mullet Festival Committee (7 p.m.)
Tuesday, April 24:  Trustees (7 p.m.)
